Davies Associates designed a comprehensive signage and graphics program for Avalon WeHo, a residential mixed-use development in West Hollywood. Located on a busy stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard, this urban project is comprised of three apartment buildings, 20,000 square feet of ground level retail space, four levels of subterranean parking, plaza spaces and pedestrian walkways. The project scope encompassed exterior project and tenant identification, parking garage signage, design standards for retail tenant signage, and exterior/interior wayfinding. Our team designed signage and graphics to enhance the contemporary architecture and reflect the dynamism of this lively urban setting.
