Villas at Playa Vista
Our design team recently completed a comprehensive interior/exterior signage program for 3 residential developments on a 21-acre site in Playa Vista. The Montecito, Malibu and Sausalito apartment homes comprise a total of 1,503 units and offer a myriad of resort-style amenities. The scope of work included project identification, leasing signage and vehicular/pedestrian wayfinding.

Metropolis, Phase 2
Davies Associates is developing a comprehensive signage and graphics program for Phase 2 of Metropolis in downtown Los Angeles. This mixed-use, luxury urban development consists of two high-rise residential towers, sky parks with pools, and 70,000 SF of retail space. Phase 1, already completed, consists of a high-rise residential tower, boutique hotel, restaurants and a retail pavilion.

Davies Associates is designing a comprehensive signage and graphics program for The Boardwalk in Irvine, a 7.5-acre mixed-use development with 545,000 SF of office space, 5,000 SF of restaurant/retail and 2 acres of landscaped open space. The two 9-story glass office buildings are connected by bridges and outdoor walkways, and the outdoor plaza features event spaces and a fitness garden.

Our team is designing a comprehensive interior/exterior signage program for this mixed-use transit oriented development in downtown Los Angeles. Originally known as College Station, the project features 724 apartment units and 51,000 SF of commercial space. The signage program will include project and amenity identification, parking garage signage, interior wayfinding and retail tenant signage standards.
