Inspired by the bold horizontal banding of the architecture and the clear blue coastal sky, Davies Associates created new project identity for this reimaged pair of mid-rise office towers located in Manhattan Beach. A site-wide signage and graphics program was developed including project and tenant identification, address pylons at primary building access points and ancillary wayfinding and code-related signage.
