Davies Associates designed a new logo and stationery system for LIGO (Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory), a large-scale astrophysics research program co-founded by scientists at Caltech and MIT. The new brand was applied to site and wayfinding signage at scientific research centers in Hanford, Washington and Livingston, Louisiana to include project entry monuments, vehicular and pedestrian directional signs, and exterior building signage.
