Davies Associates created interior and exterior signage and graphics for this 34-story office tower as part of an ongoing reinvestment project. The site includes a four-level subterranean parking garage and ground floor retail spaces, some of which face the adjacent San Diego trolley stop. In addition to designing a comprehensive signage/graphics program for the parking garage, the project team collaborated with the reinvestment architect to create standards/criteria for ground floor retail storefront signage consisting of sign panels and blade signs as part of the storefront improvements.
