Davies Associates developed a comprehensive exterior and interior signage and graphics program for this multi-building luxury apartment complex built around a 2.4-acre park. Amenities include a café, movie theater, fitness center, pool/spa areas, club rooms and conference center. Thematic storefront signage was developed for ground floor retail and amenity spaces in buildings surrounding the central park.
