Davies Associates was involved with every aspect of the graphic design, branding and signage for this new loft-style rental property in downtown Los Angeles. After developing the project name, the team worked with twentieth-century Bauhaus inspired elements to develop the logo, collateral materials, website, advertising, leasing displays and project signage. The signage and graphics employ a unique mix of materials and forms that complement the urban architecture and reinforce project branding.
