A comprehensive signage/graphics program is being implemented for Avalon WeHo in West Hollywood. This mixed-use, multi-building complex contains three apartment buildings with 370 units, parking garage, plaza spaces, pedestrian mews and 32,000 SF of ground floor retail space. The signage program reflects the contemporary nature of the architecture and the dynamism of the urban environment.

Metropolis, Phase 2
Davies Associates is involved in the entitlement process and the design of a comprehensive signage and graphics program for Phase 2 of Metropolis in downtown Los Angeles. This mixed-use, luxury urban development consists of two high-rise residential towers, sky parks with pools, and 70,000 SF of retail space. Phase 1 consists of a high-rise residential tower, boutique hotel, restaurants and a retail pavilion.

Located in West Hollywood, Angelene is a mixed-use, multi-building complex with stylish apartments, parking garage and 35,000 SF of retail space. An interior and exterior signage program has been designed for this urban development featuring unique graphic treatments, distressed sign materials, and large graphic wall panels leading visitors from the parking area to the leasing center.

Wilshire Boulevard Temple
Signage and graphics were recently created for the renovation and expansion of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, a historic synagogue in Los Angeles. Site and interior wayfinding and donor recognition elements were designed for the sanctuary building, auditoriums and exterior spaces. Colorful signage was also developed for the early childhood center, dayschool, play areas, parking pavilion and sports complex.
