As part of a campus-wide reinvestment effort, Davies Associates developed a comprehensive exterior sign program for this 15-building office campus near John Wayne airport in Irvine with three restaurant pad tenants. Existing monument signs were retrofitted to accommodate a new project brand and vertical format directory signs were added to improve pedestrian wayfinding. Exterior building address elements with tenant identification panels were located at primary pedestrian entrances and large-scale address numerals were implemented as a part of the architect’s building enhancement program, which included the use of accent color treatments at lobby entrances.
