The Boardwalk

Davies Associates was retained by the Trammel Crow Company to design a comprehensive signage and graphics program for The Boardwalk, a 7.5-acre mixed-use development with 545,000 SF of office space, 5,000 SF of restaurant/retail and two acres of landscaped open space. The two nine-story glass office buildings are connected by bridges and outdoor walkways, and the outdoor plaza features event spaces, a fitness garden and restaurants. The project scope included project and tenant identification monuments, site wayfinding signage, on-building tenant eyebrow and parapet signage, garage signage and interior signage.
