Davies Associates adapted a new brand logotype to its existing signage at this 19-acre mixed-use complex in Costa Mesa consisting of four office towers, stand-alone restaurants and retail, surface lots and parking structures, an outdoor plaza, and a sculpture garden designed by Isamu Noguchi. The logotype was applied to project/tenant identification monuments/pylons and parking garage signage. An additional freeway-oriented project/tenant identification pylon was implemented as part of the reimaging effort.
