The Met

New project identity, marketing materials and a comprehensive signage/graphics program were created for this re-imaged high rise apartment community in downtown Los Angeles. The apartment building caters to college students from nearby FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) and USC (University of Southern California), so the bright and colorful graphics have a youthful appeal. The design team created every component of the branding program including logo, print collateral, website, print and outdoor advertising, leasing displays, banners and interior/exterior signage and wayfinding.
