Forest City Residential Management rolled out a new corporate sustainability program to encourage employees and tenants to adopt green practices at home and at work. Davies Associates created the name, designed the logo for Greenhouse, and created a series of postcards and flyers highlighting conservation tips, Earth Day activities and a recycling incentive program.
