A comprehensive signage and graphics program was designed for the adaptive re-use of this 1960’s 22-story office tower in the mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles. Formerly known as 3800 Wilshire, the project was rebranded as The Mercury and converted to upscale loft style condominiums with rooftop pool deck and ground floor retail. Davies Associates created new project identification, perimeter parking directional signage, residential and amenity signage, parking garage signage and retail tenant standards as part of the reimaging effort.
