Davies Associates has been involved in the various reinvestment projects for this multi-phased 185-acre, 36-building office complex located adjacent to the University of California, Irvine campus. In addition to enhancements to the existing campus-wise signage, the design team recently developed a new exterior signage program for the Phase 12/13 site consisting of eight renovated buildings. The reimaging project included a project identification freeway pylon and monument, tenant monuments, pedestrian and vehicular directionals, building directories and signage for amenities including a central commons/park area, restaurant, fitness center, sports courts and a hiking trail.
