Innovation Village

Davies Associates was retained by Trammel Crow Company to develop a site signage program for a phased seven-building business/research park adjacent to the Cal Poly Pomona campus. A unique design for the primary project identification monument situated at the corner of the site was developed as part of the landscape treatment. Our design team collaborated with the developer and landscape architect to integrate the monument into the curvilinear retaining walls. Secondary monuments flanking the project entry drive and a dedicated Cal Poly Pomona monument were also a part of the signage program.
