Wilshire Boulevard Temple

Davies Associates developed a signage and graphics program for the restoration and expansion of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, a Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument. For the renovated sanctuary building, our team created elegant and understated project identification, wayfinding and donor recognition elements that complement the traditional architecture. For the adjacent school campus, we designed contemporary and colorful graphics to evoke the playful and vibrant learning environment. This juxtaposition of old and new honors the past history of the synagogue and envisions a bright future for the community.
